Chickpea Cookie Dough With Dark Chocolate

INGREDIENTS
1 (540 ml) can chickpeas
2 tbsp almond butter
1/4 cup almond flour
2 tbsp maple syrup (more to taste)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 bar 85% dark chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS
Rinse and drain chickpeas thoroughly to remove any excess liquid.
Add drained chickpeas and all other ingredients besides dark chocolate to a food processor.
Process for 2 - 3 minutes, stopping to scrape sides as needed, until mixture is very smooth.
Taste for sweetness, adding more maple syrup if desired.
Chop dark chocolate and fold into the cookie dough.
